The residents stay with UTI’s due to lack of hydration, I never worked at a facility and WATER was NOT one of the main drinks. Maybe Dovi should actually talk to the staff and get the real deal about management . I would tell them to encourage their loved ones to move there. Not only were the employees kind and helpful but the residents were friendly. There are a lot of space and activities for the residents. Some of the activities include painting women's nails, bingo, hair salon, arts and crafts, television programs, and more... The community is neat and clean, and most of the staff is great. They post photos on their FB page of the activities so I get to see photos of my loved one participating.

We love the place, they have done a wonderful job adapting towards our loved one. We honestly like everything about it, we can call 24 hours a day and someone always answers. We can face time, Skype or do window visits. Especially during the pandemic they have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is clean and everyone is taken care of. The administration, activities director, nurses and CNA's are all friendly and wonderful.

I was told there was an adult protective services case against me even though i haven’t lived with my grandma or been around her really for upwards of 8 months now.
